We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding an issue with your order.
To start a return request, please contact us at hello@sovaliant.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as return instructions may vary depending on the product and fulfilment partner.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
To help us process your request, we may ask for photographs of the item and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Exchanges
As our products are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
The item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.
Refunds
Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been approved.
